Customer Announcement!

Dear all,

In accordance with the recent announcement that London will be entering Tier 4, we will be suspending all of our services from midnight 19th December. 

If you have an upcoming booking with us, our team will be in touch with you shortly, to either provide you with a full refund or re-arrange your booking. If you have a booking on or after the 14nd of January, it’s still set to go ahead for now; however, please be advised that this is subject to change based on how the situation evolves.

We are also taking bookings from the 14nd of January, so you’re welcome to book for times after this date; however, if the situation hasn’t improved and the guidelines haven’t changed, we will be in touch to reschedule your booking.

As always, this is deeply upsetting for all of us; however, we do believe that it’s important to stay as safe as possible during these times.

We would like to thank you once again for your continued support and we look forward to being able to provide you with your favourite treatments soon!
